Little Tiny Frost: A Trip to Fruit Orchard

It has been very long since I went to a fruit orchard. I love visiting, but not so into the fruits. I enjoy looking at the fruits hanging from the tree. Looking at other fruit lovers picking and eating the fruits. All the happy faces and exciting feeling. For me as a kampung boy, i have went to countless fruit orchard. My grandma grandpa used to live near to fruit orchards and every year people will invite us to go and have a treat. As people say, the more people came and eat your fruits, the next harvest will be more and more.

Since it was harvesting season for seasonal fruit such as durian, manggis and etc. We were glad to be invited to a fruit orchard near to Jitra, Kedah. The owner Mr.Ng was very kind and already prepared all the durians for us. We just need to pluck the rambutans, manggis, dukong by ourself. While plucking, keep eating the fruits. Haha typical of us. After gathering all the fruits, we sit 4wd drive up the mountain. The owner build a simple house with a suspended platform for scene viewing. It was quite soothing the wind.
Even have Turkey, Goose, Chicken in the farm. *LOL*, Talapia Fish Pond (Maybe one day get to eat Fish Fish)

Once sit down at the table, we just start and dig in on those fruits. Especially durians, yummy. All the durians was from different tree. Different taste. Talk about alot of things about how Mr Ng started the dusun and only after 10years of hardwork and time spent on it, this year the trees finally bore out nice and tasty fruits. When a fruti tree bore its fruit for the first time, it is not nice. Thats why last year Mr Ng didnt invite us.
I really respect Mr Ng, he bought the land and start to put in effort just for the fun of people visiting his orchard. THere are alot of fruits being planted at this dusun.
