Yeah, its an Overnight Party !!! For colleagues and friends. And this is the first time I held something so huge. 60people attended.... Oh my God.... Crowded. Lucky the chalet is large with enough open field for us to walk around. Even the living room is huge with 3 bed rooms. Compare to the downtown east chalet.... small and expensive.

As usual, people tend to be late. Including myself as again... I have OT issue on Saturday. The timing is just always wrong on big occasions..... Sad. Unlucky.... Duh....ordered food from the same vendor and additional of Liquor for the night. I think brought around 8 liquors.... of different types in a luggage.... which is Super funny.

We started the fire at around 7pm and the whole activity just get going slowly as the group was big and people start to mingle around. The latest to come was office 2 girls as they were held back by their boss. Card games started, and can see a lot of different groups playing different games. Shouting, laughing, and drinking..... its a mess. And those who are lazy just sit on the sofa, wait for BBQ food to be serve. Kings and Queens.... And for me, just walking around doing Public Relation stuff as usual. Our office are too big, and ppl tend to just ignore each other.

And here comes the photo time for the WHOLE group. Thanks to Wei Kang, for bring his camera and tripod. Together with Wide Lens. if not I would think of a possible way to get everyone in one photo. Big crazy group. Liquor sessions started late after the group photo. It was around 11pm and people's face are just getting more reddish.

We got a lot of liquors that night, Beldevere, Black Label, XO, Martell, Gledfiddish, Otot, Jack Daniels..... its a crazy night. All of us had fun until 4am. Then people just started leaving by cabs. Some of us stayed the night. And I was too tired and a bit drunk as the game started, everyone was aiming at me.... getting me drink a lot..... Main Target of the night..... SOme of us stay over at the chalet and back in the morning. 

I just love to organise events which people can enjoy and have fun. No pressure, just relax all the way. Cheers and Thanks to Everyone who Attended.

Bangkok Trip

First time traveling with ZQ's Gang. I am just a follower for this trip. So relaxing, I just pack my luggage and just pay money for everything. hahaha. I am so bad. Flying from KL because Air Asia got promotion, so I need to first get to KL.

4th July, Thursday night arrive at LCCT before everyone come as our flight was at 11pm. Its was also ZQ's birthday. As usual, we don't give present to each other. After some light meet and greet with his gang, we took off to Bangkok, Thailand. Could said to be a crazy and shopping gang. Hahaha.

5th July, reach Bangkok airport at 2:30am in the morning and take cab to our hotel. Havent started the journey already get con by the Taxi driver. Both same distance cab, but our cab demanded extra money. So Shit.....Nvm that, and worst off.... we booked 2 rooms but that receptionist knoew we got a lot people and wanted us to book another room. Waste extra money for that extra room..... After that everytime we came back to the hotel, we go in by pairs so not to raise any suspision. Had a fried kueyteow at the roadside before going to sleep.

After waking up, its shopping day. Yeah !!! Not my favourite but the clothing are really cheap if bought in wholesale. 3-4 cloth at one stall. I just follow around as I was not a shopaholic. Went to Platinum for our first stop. And had chicken rice for Lunch. Coldstone icecream as our tea break. Enjoying myself a lot with the food. Just miss those roadside stalls. After shopping at city area, we went to Asiatique. Beautiful warehouse type of shopping. Going through the river with boat to reach Asiatique. And we went for a 4D short story. And it sucks.... luckily we only paid 100bath each person. After Asiatique, head back to city centre for some souvenir shopping at the road side.

6th July, today's plan again to shopping centre. But this one is quite interesting. We are heading to Asia's largest flee market. A lot of things to be bought here. A few section. You got furniture, designers cloth, decoration, food, souvenir and etc. It will take you a day just to finish walking the whole market. Its called Chatuchak Market. Too bad it was rainy but later the sky just brighten up. Bought some clothes, pants, a mug, and tried the coconut ice cream. My leg was all worn out from the walking.

After visiting chatuchak market, back to town area to find dinner. And most of them didn't want to go Chinatown to eat seafood. All lazy and tired. We went to eat Fuji.... japanese restaurant. After that went back to our hotel area and started to search for massage centre. I need to recharge my leg. I did a full body massage. One could not miss to have a Thai massage if you are in Thailand. And at last, me and ZQ decided to go to the red light district as no skybar visiting. Oooops, we just can't let this chance slip away. Although we still need to wake very early the next day.

Hop onto the taxi at 11:30pm, Soi Cowboy. Soi = Street. Really an eye opener. So many pubs to visit in a short street. So we went to 3 pubs. And boy we was amaze by the interior and not to mention all the pretty ladies. The beer was cheap. It was only 100bath for one small bottle. You don't even need to pay for entering the pubs. If you don't like the place, you can just walk out and go to another pub. We had a spicy Maggie mee just beside the street and went home around 4am. Need to wake at 6am for railway and floating market trip.

7th July, Ok me and ZQ is totally sleep derived.....not enough sleep becoz of the night pub patrolling. Luckily still can awake to sit in the van. Just sleep all the way until the Railway market. 1 and a half hour journey.... far far away land. And there was some argument between other tourist with the Van owner. Fierce argument. We was so scared so just listen to the Van driver although the itinerary changed. We booked from MaMa Travel. Ok the first stop, railway market. Not as what I expected. Total disappointment. The market place was normal and the train was so slow. hahaha. Maybe I have too high expectation....

After that we went to Floating market. At least this time it was more nice. And a real floating market which we sit inside the boat and go around buying things, foods souvenirs. We had a simple lunch at the floating market before going back to Bangkok town area.

After dropping us at the town area, I alone went to the temples for some sightseeing as the rest of them went shopping. After those temple visiting, went back to meet up. And went to the Four Face Buddha for some prayers. Very famous, but if you had any wish granted here, better come back to pay some respect. It is a must. Had a dinner and walk around Big C centre for tit bit shopping before heading back to Malaysia. Back to hotel and sleep. 5am flight from Bangkok to Malaysia. And I still need to take the 12noon flight to Singapore.

PaintBall War Game

8th of June, 2013 Saturday

After everyday routine of wake up, MRT, Work and back home. We decided to have something so explosive to kill off our boredom. So, end up we have a Paintball War Game !!! Let the shooting begins. After consulting and planning, we were able to find 16 crazy people, who wants to kill people. And it really does hurt.... no joke. I tried it before.....

And off we go, on a sunny and full of ferocious aura, we gather at sembawang MRT and started to head to the Game place after having a McD breakfast. Adress - Operation 685 Battlefield, Focus Adventure, 2 Admiralty Road East, Singapore 759987. This is where we will kill our enemies, and teamwork to conquer the mission. After greetings from the paintball centre, and having a brief rules and safety talk, off we go. Drawings teams.

3 Teams consist of 5 - 5 - 6 people. Each game will have two teams entering the field to compete with each other. Altogether there will be 6 games. 2games for each team. And the mission was simple, hit the small cones and grab the flag, run back to our own base and win. Easy right.... when in practical, it was like hell. A chaos battlefield, you just shoot and shout. Not sure everyone was doing what after you put on the mask. Your vision just become so narrow. Fire away, you can hear all the sound of the pallets..... hitting the woodwork where you hide behind. And when it hits you, it does get some stinging feel.

End up my team didn't win any of the matches. Maybe because my team are too PRO. We only know how to hide, run and shoot people. Totally ignored the mission. Our main objective... Kill Kill and Kill !!! No need win, just shoot die those enemies. Wakakakakkaa *evil grind* And btw, my team are called Team B for Bodoh !!! That's the nice name we gave our self......

After the battle and games, get to shower with nice chilling water. After all the sweating, it was a stress relief activity. It was a fun for only 2 hours. too bad it was expensive, each person needs to pay 55sgd for the game. Until next time. Another round for another group of crazy people.

Thailand Water Festival - Songkhran

15th of April, 2013 Monday

It was year 2012 that I first went to the Water Festival in Dannok, Thailand. Just across the border between Malaysia and Thailand. It was totally awesome and fun. All the waters, all the food, all the beverage and the Massage.... just Beautifully Perfectly Blended.

So this year I decided to invite some friends to go and have fun. End up I have Elly, Wei Siong, Ee Peng, Lilly who decided to go and have a try. I would say it wouldn't disappoint them. All the planning was done and its good to go. So on the 12th April, we depart at 7pm from Golden Mile, Singapore by bus to Alor Setar - my Hometown. And it will took us 12hours to reach. A long and not very comfortable journey for them. As I am only the one who can sleep through the whole bus journey.

13th April, Reach AS, met with Zq and Cameron together with all the others. Had a dimsum breakfast and head to Airport to pick up Elly and her BF. And here we go, our first trip together and out to the Water Festival. A new experience, new travel method. Hahaha, all of them was shocked. As the Custom Area was a tit bit different from what they imagine. Too bad we can't take photos.

First stop, WaterView Thai Lunch, by the lake. And it was a superb lunch. Ordered a lot of spicy food. And all of it was em em, deliciously cooked. The aroma of tomyam, the Kengsom fish and the nice scenic view. Perfect relaxation. After that we went to check in for hotel. Before even reaching the hotel, my car was painted in colours of the splashing waters. Red, yellow, green colours. Can't wait to get Wet. Checked in successfully in a new hotel. Far away frm the busy town area. But its ok, better than no hotel at all. After get ready, Here we go Head to the festival.

Bought some water guns and the battle begins. Everywhere is filled with people. And everyone is shooting and running around. Some used iced water, its cold like hell. Plus its a little raining. The best part was having the pork leg rice during the festival. Just too delicious and able to fill our stomach. Plus having a beer in drenched situation. To cool our nerves. Started from 1pm to 6pm. Tiring, wet, and fun. Its time to get ready for the next event.

BBQ buffet. And its a fattening one. With all the meat and materials available for a cheap price of Rm16.90 per person. Eat all you wan, and really is very full. Too bad we don't have a big table to cater all of us. So we need to split into two groups. And Zq was too shit, he bring Sarah alone to eat others as Sarah was not comfortable with the food. We ate for like one and half hours there. And its time for the most exciting event, Clubbing.

Back to hotel, get ready. Clear all the BBQ smell. Went to YES Club, but full. So we change to Z Club, and yeah we get a fashion runway side table. Can see the Exciting stuff. That, my fren you will need to go and experience it your self. I cant describe it, speechless. We drink Drank and also Drunk. Almost to the point of breaking down. I think I vomited 7times and kept drinking. Eepeng and Lilly started slowly, but momentum built up. Ooopsss... everyone slowly getting into grooves. Except for my best friend, ZQ... who run away with Sarah. And disappear to no mans land. =.=" Ending at 4am and a lot of funny, ridiculous thing happen. This I will just keep it to those who join our group for this festival. Funny and stupid things do happen when you are drunk. Its time for good night and another day is awaiting.

14th May, Went for a McD lunch after checking out. All in a un-sober state of mind. Lazy, blurry, tired. After McD lunch, went for 2hour massage for only Rm35+Tips. Its just too comfortable. Em emmmmm, the sound of your dying muscles going through rejuvenation. THe bones cracking sound, the feel, the aroma, and most importantly the chance to sleep. Yes, I sleep through the whole massage process. Super wasted.

Went back home at 6pm and Jam all the way until the after the Customs Immigration. Send Elly to airport and we are back to my home. Have a rest before heading out for Dinner. THe next day went to penang and have a quick tour before heading back to Singapore at noon time. Rushing trip, but fun filled.

East Coast Park Cycling

24th of March, 2013 Sunday

Its was a lovely day, jointly by my laziness. As i need to say bye bye to my bed at 7am on a Sunday. Today we go ECP for cycling. Meet up time, 8am. I have no problem and wont be late as i have my own Ride ! My own cheapskate bicycle. At least still rideable.

We was suppose to gather at parkway bus stop at 8am. But as usual, ppl tend to be late. And another thing of concern, i went to visit the rental shop and to my surprise, the shop will open only at 9am. So its pointless to scold those who are late. Should scold Soo Chi for not checking the time. Hehe. 

So we start out after we get our bikes. For 8sgd we get to ride for 3hours by liking their facebook page-12cycle. Nvm that, cheap then its ok. I think the most lame one is my own bike. So started out through marine parade underpass to ECP. Cycle to McD for breakfast.

Took pictures along the coastline beach. Refreshing and not humid at all. The weather is just nice. But we didnt really cycle very far. Just for a relaxing ride. Fun healthy activity. Not to say cheap also. We ride for 3hours including stops for mcd n photo shooting. End up nt much sweating. After that went to parkway parade for Aircon!!! Cooling down. And had Ayam Penget for lunch.

Overnight BBQ Party

9th of March, 2013 Saturday

Finally, first time to create BBQ event with colleagues. And so sadly, i need to do extra Overtime Work before the BBQ event. Messing up all my planning. Luckily got super Assistant Wai Kit to help me. 

After buying some extra stuff for the night, finally arrive at Pasir Ris chalet. It was a "super super" huge chalet..... I was surprise how small the chalet and it cost me almost 400sgd compulsary for 3days2night. The event was joined by 34people all together. Cramped...... Didnt expect such crowd to turn out. Unexpectedly everyone was enjoying the night.

We ordered bbq frm the internet. So convenient. With all the bbq, the first time socialising as our office was too big its so hard to communicate. And with the Help of some beer and alcohol liquors....the night finally lits up. Games, drunks, eat, drinks and indian music everything just smash up. 

Some of us over drank and some of us stay over for the rest of the night. Some take cab to head home for their lovely bed. For those who stayed over, we play through the nights until 4am. Love the people, love the night and foremost worth the planning and hustling around.

Chinese New Year 2013

14th of February, 2013 Thursday

The past Tuesday 12th February we had our Annual 5a5 secondary school class Gathering at ZQ's Place. Unexpectedly alot of us still manage to free our precious Chinese New Year holiday for the Gathering. We have been so united since Graduation. I dare to say the Best of all Classes. We had BbQ and alot chit chat going on as usual. Last year i went MIA as dad brought us to Koh Li Pe for a family retreat. So and to mentioned, i get a temporary permed Hair for this CnY 2013! Yay! 

On Wednesday, we suddenly planned a little traveling with some secondary schoolmates and went for Danok. Border between Malaysia n Thailand. So we decided to gather and went there on Thursday 14th Feb 2013...... Valentines day if u just didnt notice. Since i am still single, doesnt bother me much tho.

In the Morning, shits happen. Its a long queue do to the Border Pass for crossing to Thailand. End up we are behind schedule for like 2hours. We went in and quickly settle down for Waterview Lakeside Restaurant. U can see the whole lake view frm the serving table. Ordered abunch of foods to our satisfaction. Seriously overload!!! Spicy sour sweet n Hot. Deliciously Yummy Yummy. 

Went for some candy shopping at Lotus (equivalent to something like carefour) And to the Massage here we go. 2hours of massaging really lets you relax and its only rm32 nt including rm5 tips if u feel like giving the massager for the great service. Cheap n enjoying. 

At night, we went to the street night market and have a walk. Later we had BBQ buffet at KongPao restaurant. Rm16.90 is what it takes for ur stomach. Eat like there is no tomorrow style. We had a super bulgie stomach after that dinner. I just Love this place so Much. With all the variety of food n entertainment. Too bad we cant go for the CLUBS as we need to head back Alot Setar. Another entertaining chapter for next time.

Hao Sheng's Wedding

9th of December, 2012 Sunday

It was a shock to me. When i first receive news that He is going to get married. I couldn't believe. And he really took a picture of his wedding invitation. Same age as me, and with a lovely girl who has waited for him three long years. I was at Joy n feeling happy for him. His my Advance Diploma roommate. 

Me, Zq n CaiRu went for his Wedding Dinner. It was very nice. We went table by table accompany Hao Sheng to cheers. I can feel he really obtained the simple type of happiness he desired. His hometown fren was a bunch of playful fellas. We drag Hao Sheng on the stage to perform a song together. We sang Good Brothers(好兄弟). We hold each other n almost made me cry out of joy.

The next day was the day to bring the Bride home. I was overjoy as out of all his hometown fren. He wans me to be his brides man. I kinda feel guilty as i was the one always bullying him. As alwAys, the games, the dance, the bullying by the Bridesmaid n Co. Went to the Beach to had more pictures together frm both sides. It was worth the visit for the occasion. No matter how tired.

D&D Night 2012 - Gardens By The Bay

Company Annual Dinner, to my Surprise it was held at the Famous Gardens By The May - Flower Dome. Before the day arrive, been practising for the performance for like two weeks only as we was entered as a last minute entry. (More to being forced) So we made up a team called Make A Difference (M.A.D)

12.12.12 was the date. Although it was a special date, but its a WEDNESDAY night for god's sake. But it didn't dampen our spirits to go wild. Performers were to rehearsalon the evening before the actual night performance. And the night started out with speeches as usual. Then with the buffet dinner served. The hall was fantastic to me. All the little tingling light bulbs which change colours. Fascinating indeed. The food was magnificent.
And here goes the competition for performance. First off was a group of Singer and Violinist to have a song. Second up was a rock band with guitarist and drummer. Too bad it didn't quite live up to expectation with the whole place people was busy eating. And third off was us. M.A.D to perform. It just gets the crowd gone wild. After us was Phantom of the Opera performing the song art. 5th group is Bird of paradise, with lots of balloon made feather and a group of dancer. Lastly, is the strongest and main competitor to us which they won. Although a bit jealous, but they really did a good job with a special Gangnam style video.

Ok, our Performance... the Long Awaited Moment arrive. We started of with a group of 5 SHINY pretty girls on stage dancing Nobody Nobody. Everyone was mesmerize with the slick dancing moves. all the curve and all the electric shock shivering down our spine. And next up is a bunch of GangNam Boys n Girls. (Including Me) Came and disturb and we started with the dancing of the famous PSY GAngnam Dance. This was my first performance in a century in think aside from kindergarten. And we cope it off with a YMCA dance which get everybody on the table to join us. It was very encouraging and people was joining in all the corners of the hall. A great great performance by all means. TOo bad not to get first place.

White Water Rafting & Ipoh Trip

Its been months since i updated. Finally get myself on some pictures to boast around. 4th of March(Sunday), me and my colleague went to Ipoh to have a taste of White Water Rafting experience. And it turned out too fantastic and over exciting. We went there on Saturday even before working hours ends. 4pm and reach Ipoh around 8pm to check in to our hotel. We get lost in the town when finding the hotel through GPS. We stayed at Hotel Shangg booked through Agoda website. The website really have some nice deals going on. The hotel was to our satisfaction with its cleanliness and tidiness. 

After unpacking and bathing to refresh up, we went to had dinner. Too bad this time i couldn't taste the super juicy beansprout from famous Beansprout Chicken Restarant "Lou Wong" or "Ann Kei". One of the colleague take the initiative to bring us eat at hawker stall. But not so tasty. To make things happy, it was raining that night and the river water level will rose to some certain level. Hehe, evil grind. Back to hotel, we suddenly feel like having a drink at Overtime Ipoh. Promotion of buy one free one. We ordered a barrel of starker beer. It was very nice. Abit drunky too.... ooops. Back and sleep at 2am. 

RiverBug Base

Morning comes as the day we are gonna challenges ourselves. We went to had breakfast at famous Dim Sum restaurant. Mr Choong Teng Fong treats us to it. Hard time finding the restaurant too with GPS... really lost. As time pass drinking tea and having chit chat, we start to head to the meeting point for the water rafting. Follow the RiverBug crew through forest and mountains to reach the starting point. Originally we had eight people, but due to some unfortunate events, Yasmin couldn't come with us. Seven of us, after getting our equipments standing around listen to our guide Miguel to give tutorial and safety precaution.

Miguel explains about the raft boat, pedal function, rafting signals, personal floating gear and safety measures. All of us was listening nervously. Alot of first timer including me. Finally we head to the River and at first sight, everybody knows the water current is very strong. I just got a chill from looking at the river water level. Here we go separated into two groups of four person we start the journey. Each boat have a guide followed by an extra boat of RiverBug crews. Total length is 7km and the water rafting level is II to III. 10:30am Once started, we get to taste some river water at the first fall. Everyone was shouting or to be said screaming. Hell yeah, it was fun. After every fall we will rest for a while. Seriously draining a lot of energy and strength.

And to make things more worst, our boat was stuck between the strong current and it ain't gonna move anymore unless we overturn the boat. We was drinking a whole lot of water from the  river currents. And to complicated things, we got our Charmaine that was too scared to let off of the boat. Me and Miguel was trying to overturn and Charmaine keep screaming and it did not help at all. Two other people already fell into the river. We were stuck at there for about 2 minutes. Lastly Charmaine fell into the water and we manage to overturn the boat. With the current so strong, i was being pushed by the current for a few hundred meters together with Charmaine, after being rescued we totally can't feel our breath.

An adventurous journey to be said. We reach the ending point after two hours. Had our lunch and an hour rest. 2pm, we head to our next activity, Tubing. From the description, it say we just sit on the tube and flows through the river enjoying the scenery. But to our nightmares, because the current was strong it was labeled more advance than water rafting. And everyone really having a hard time controlling that tube. We were all shouting and trying to save ourselves from dying i think. Some people keep heading into the side of river where tree branch and grass grows. It pains to being hit by those things. And to watch our youngest colleague almost drown in the water is not a nice sight. Scary and horror.

But with relief, we manage to finish the Tubing expedition. All the guys was ok with it as we can pedal to control the Tube. But for the girls, they were tied together and float together until the end. This make them more safe and they can start to enjoy the activity. It took us one hour to reach the end. And obviously, we all become suntanned by the sun. Going back to the RiverBug Base and change of cloth. After a whole evening full of excitement, everyone has grown tired we head back to Alor Setar after collecting the photos and videos for a payment of Rm200. We stop by Tambun seafood restaurant to had dinner.

I just love the activity and would try again anytime.

Koh Li Pe, Thailand

2012 Chinese New Year, Family and I decided to go for a island trip to Koh Li Pe. Koh Li Pe is located at Thailand, inside the Tarutao Marine Park district. Koh refers to Island in Thai Language. Either one can go by Boat straight from Pulau Langkawi in Malaysia or from Pak Bara Jetty near to Satun, Thailand. The transport from Pulau Langkawi is not available whole year round. Only certain month available. From Pak Bara Jetty it is a one and a half hour journey in Speed Boat(to my surprise five engine speed boat). I chose to go from Pak Bara Jetty, depart from Malaysia and going through Wang Kelian Border Control. One hour to reach the jetty from Wang Kelian.

We get the ferry ticket on the spot, but one can also book earlier. Buying in bulk return ticket will cost 900baht per person. The ferry here is available on 11am or 2pm Thai Time. As we wait for the boat, the waiting area is like a desert field, very hot indeed. After having fried rice as lunch, its time to depart after getting on the speed boat. Before departing, so happy to get a msg from someone. 100people forcing themselves on the boat. Keep wonder will the boat move fast enough, but to my surprise the boat was extremely fast, with five engines functioning. Quite a boring ride to reach the island as hardly can stand and enjoy the ocean view.

Next we have booked Bundhaya Resort and checked in. I was a little worried as i didn't print out the booking details. Luckily they already had a name list of all the guest, i was like phewww(relief). A small room with aircon, queen size bed and a bathroom, cost 1700baht per night. Don't ever take the ones without air-con unless you are going to enjoy the hot weather. As i travel down the beach, there's nothing much to do on this island. The activity available is walking on the beach, massage,pub drinking, seafood eating, kayaking, fishing and island hoping. There is also a one kilometer Walking Street consist of souvenir shop, restaurants, mini market, and etc.

At Koh Li Pe, seafood is the same price as eating fried rice. Very cheap and tasty with the local self made sauce. To be warned, some may be very spicy. Even I also sweating while eating. By night time, its the best just to have a beer in your hand and sitting on the chairs available on the beach. At night will got a lot people walking around and enjoying the night sky with the cold sandy beach.

You can have a one day island hoping trip. Choose from 4 to 9 islands available. I only chose to go 4 islands, the more bigger and famous ones. Snorkeling is a nice activity here. Also there is an island full of those black rocks, fascinating island to visit. Still this island is very special as you still need to pay the entry fees of 100bath per person. You will be sitting small boats for these island hoping activity. Each boats limits 8 person aboard. Traditional Boats to be said. The scene from one of the island is so tempting, you could see the layers of sea from the beach. Our trip finish at 5pm in the evening.

Its best to go with your lovely partner or a group of frens. Sometime it may become too boring when afternoon arrive. The heat is too hot to bear unless you gonna get a suntanned skin. For us Malaysia it was too hot to even walking on the beach. Still the scenery is breathtaking, the ocean is crystal clear and the resorts provided on the island is great.

Year End Bonus

11th of January, 2012 Wednesday


Yeah finally today we get our Year End Bonuses from company. After looking at the figures, I am happy with the Bonuses given out to me. At least its better than last year. I was so scared it would be worst than last year. Fuhhhh, finally able to arrange my budget for Chinese New Year. Hurrayyy !!! Banzai Bonus. Still awaiting salary increment for this year. Need to wait until 31st January, such a long long period. But nvm, still enjoy the Festive Season is the most important thing.


But as usual, there will be a lot of comparing and conflict about the bonus. One of my colleague was so furious he even gone out of his way to show dissatisfaction through quite a childish method. But i don't blame him as he should be reward more than what he get. I can see the way he work so hard for the company. But maybe because of some different mindset from the upper management, he felt disappointing about the Bonus. But at least he finally get to pick up himself after some explanation from our Boss. Glad than he is now back to normal and kicking at top notch again.


Another issue came after knowing that someone get a high reward bonuses even after threaten to quit the job at the year end. People will think of why someone like him could get higher Bonus. Still Upper Management would not know that other people will dislike this kind of treatment. The company is circulating that the Boss wanted to force him to stay by giving him a lot of Bonus and increment. Typical thinking and still its something that is reasonable to be thinking of.


The biggest problem came this morning. Oh my god, one of my Worst Colleague get the same Bonus as everyone. It has been an issue of discussion this whole morning. Lucky his from other department and not the same with me. If not i think i will kill myself after seeing his working attitude and everything. For me it was really unfair for all of us. I am not directly involve with him, but for those who need to work with him, i would be 100% sure there are now having a grudge against the Upper Management. He didn't do work for approximately 3 month and was laying around lazying pushing all the works towards other people. Sure the Boss will be having a torrid time of handling complaints from other colleagues. It was a wrong way of showing gratitude towards those who work hard and too good for that Worst Colleague.


All is said, but i think everyone should be happy of what they get. Although people tend to ignore others, but still there will be some grudge for why things are going the way not according to their thoughts. The world is an unfair place please remember. Just work and believe in our own self that we are right and standing tall without any regrets of shame. Be happy, yippy !!!

Drunk Night - Pulau Langkawi, Kedah
First of all, i never imagine all my colleague was so crazy. We went on Saturday and stay the night at Langkapuri Inn at Pantai Cenang. To my surprise, we bough 1 box of 5 litres red wine and 4 carton of beer of different types. Everyone was drinking so much, the face was red hot sexy. I even had one embarassing photo taken by them, epic picture. Most of us are drunk until the next morning. The next day we went to the Cable Car and had lunch before going back to Alor Setar.

Chinese New Year Dinner - Sentosa Regency Hotel, Alor Setar
Company dinner and we were order to follow dress code "White" on that day. It look a bit out of mind like we was going to a funeral from a far. We had a "Best" singer at the start of event. Everyone laugh their socks off. The food was ok and we had some games going on. Watermelon eating and water drinking game. Our table won the water drinking game and everyone get Rm30 each. The main event was the balloon sitting game. It turned out to be a chaotic scene inside the dining hall.

5A5 Secondary School Chinese New Year Gathering - Pizza Hut, Alor Setar
To my surprise, this year a lot of people came and join the gathering. Those whom I didn't expect came. We had a noisy gathering at Pizza Hut making a ruckus inside the restaurant. Can be said information gathering for most of us. Some of us only met once a year and to be honest I can't remember what they are studying, working or staying at where. We went to Mango Cafe after the gathering and had some drinks and some gamblings.... Shhhhh!!!

Mini Bowling Tournament - City Plaza Bowl, Alor Setar
Our first colleagues mini Bowling Tournament organize by me. Since then every month we have been gathering for this event. Everybody keep improving every month. Tiong Ing Yew was our defending champion for 5 times in a row. We compete in a team of 4 people. After the event, we would go to Gemilang Burger to had a feast. Chit CHat through the night and have fun laughing. But most of the colleagues had resigned and the event stopped since December 2011. Too sad....

Mount Kinabalu - Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Yeah, finally. We have reach the peak of South East Asia Most Highest Mountain. The Mount Kinabalu, Me, Claire, ZQ, Gui and Yao all have conquered it without any problems. The view was so good and weather was nice to us it didn't rain. It makes our journey easy and smooth. It was early 2:30am in the morning that we started to hike up from the middle platform to the Top of the mount. The air sure is thin when we first started, but get used to it slowly. We are Proud of ourselves.

Sipadan Water Village - Pulau Mabul, Sabah
The first thing I reach the resort, I was stunned by the beauty of the surroundings. One can see all the corals and the clear unpolluted ocean just below the resort. We spent 2D1N and enjoy ourselves with great snorkeling trip and the ambiance of nature. The resorts provides nice accommodation with a clear view of boundary-less ocean.

Pulau SongSong - Yan, Kedah
It was a outing out on the sea with colleagues. From Sungai Dulang Kecil, Yan we sit boat to Pulau SongSong. The weather was nice and windy. We rented a fishing boat for the day. Most of my colleagues was first timer on these type of Malay Fishing Boat. Everyone was excited. We went snorkeling, fishing, swimming and sleeping Zzz... Caught some cute Clown Fish but didn't took it home.

Family Bowling - City Plaza Bowl, Alor Setar
It was a shocking event. Dad suddenly initiate to play Bowling on a rare occasion. Its free yeah, Dad pay for it and I was the top scorer. Of course this result is inevitable as I have been playing at our Mini Bowling Tournament for months. But dad didn't lose out much as he still got the skills and technique. Mum has the lowest score. Overall it was a fun event.

Nehemiah Wall Appreciation Dinner - Penang Gurney Hotel, Pulau Pinang
Sub-Con Appreciation Dinner and we are invited. Colleague and I went down to Penang from Alor Setar at 5pm sharp. The food was quite nice and we didn't have much luck as we didn't get any lucky draw prizes. So wish to get the Cherating Club Med 3D2N stay at Kuantan. Arghhh... i still remember year 2010 i get a Rm300 Jusco voucher from the same event.

Keat Hwa 100 Anniversary - SMJK Keat Hwa, Alor Setar
It was my motherschool 100years anniversary. I never expect i would be there. Just so sudden after dinner at Gemilang Burger, me and my colleagues went to have a walk at the school. There is an event for 4days at the school. And even got a huge tower made by tin cans. At the entrance of the school, there was like a Night Market happening and inside the school compound, there was all these stalls from different clubs marketing and selling things for raising charity funds.

Family Friends Gathering - Pantai Merdeka, Sungai Petani
It was a mix of 30 people gathering for the trip of Pantai Merdeka. Yup, we celebrate National Day at the beach. Father's fren, Mom's fren, My frens, Bro's Fren. It was a weird combination but a fun one indeed. Haha. We had BBQ at night and even had futsal game on the grass field with all the little "Painful Pineapple" from the tree stinging our legs. Too bad the beach is not as clean as it used to be and the water was quite dirty. The next day we had steamboat for our breakfast. Hehe.

Extreme Outing - Gua Tempurung, Ipoh
Before the day of hiking, went to Ipoh town and had Dinner. Huhu finally have a taste of Ipoh Bean Sprout Chicken. It was a hiking trip inside Gua Tempurung.Each person needed to pay around RM25 for the entrance fee for Full course. And here we go climbing and sliding down all over again inside the cave. It was just the right exercise for me. Having all the gear and equipment, it was easy task for me. Oooops.... but still it has some frightening stages. Sliding down about 3meter height, going through a black small hole and crawling through slow spaces. Plus the stream water was cold.

Mountain Hiking - Broga Hill, Selangor
It was a early morning departure from KL. 4am in the morning, my eye was still in sleep mode. After picking up everyone, we head to Broga Hill. Torchlight everything ready then we head up the peak. It didn't took us long enough to reach the first platform where most people just stop at here. But we decided to went even further up to the real peak of Broga Hill. There was a signboard there, and me and ZQ was a bit disappointed. We didn't feel tired at all, as we have climbed the Mount Kinabalu recently. But it was a fun event once in a while to get us together.

Taiping Photography - Taiping Lake, Taiping
We stayed at Nicole's house and went to take photo at Taiping Lake. Me and Khairul was like the main character for the session. Keep taking pictures and laugh non-stop for the whole day. We get to eat a tall tall ice kacang. We also go to the Mangrove Park but too bad the resort there was renovating. I was so sad after going so far from my hometown. Next trip, wanna eat all the tasty food from Taiping and Ipoh. Ngek Ngek.

Bicycle - Muwira Shop, Alor Setar
After research, i just spent alot of money buying this bicycle. Raleigh brand Elite Pro series. Comes with front and back lights, a pouch, and chain protector. I bought a pants for cycling and helmet. After buying, cycle back home and it was a ride to hell. My leg becomes exhausted very fast. Still haven't get used to cycling.

Cycling - Gurun Jerai, Kedah
My first bike ride, i choose to cycle up Gurun Jerai. Without a doubt i failed to reach the top. Didn't grasp the technique and dad mum was following. So i just ride the truck and reach the top wahahaha. The view was magnificent and a lot of renovation was on-going. I was so determined to cycle that every two week i will go cycle until finish the 11km trail.

Penang Bridge International Marathon - QueensBay, Pulau Pinang
I didn't get the chance to run this year. Leg hurts preventing me from participating. So frustrated. Still colleagues and friends are going to run. Some of them 42km full marathon and some joined the 21km half marathon. The race starts at 2am in the morning. I was awake all night to take pictures for them. Sleeping inside the car is worst than running on the bridge. I prefer to sweat it out together with them. This year more sponsors for the event and more game events after the race. So proud of Khairul and Szu Pei who run their hearts towards the finishing line.

Claire's Convocation - TARC, Kuala Lumpur
It was a great day. Me and ZQ went for Claire's convocation. Congratulation. Sunny day and great weather during and after the Convocation. She looks brilliantly gorgeous on that day. Claire was smiling radiantly. Taking photo everywhere and we also had fun throwing Claire up in the air. Too bad we didn't had enough time to get a present for her. Me and ZQ later went to buy present for her. Late present, ooops.

Appreciation Dinner - Holiday Villa Hotel, Alor Setar
Company Annual Dinner. Company was awfully "Kedekut".... other section get to go Bukit Merah or Bukit Tinggi. But we only have dinner for our appreciation. Fed up with the company. There will be a best dressed competition for the night. The theme was Glamorous Night, but to my surprise all the final contestant who win the price was not wearing anything glamorous. And why u even go and put it as a Glamorous Night Theme? Next was the food, totally out of Hell. Not nice at all. And the band and dancer was half skilled. Too bad i didn't get any lucky draw prizes arghh !!! I want that Samsung Galaxy SII.
